ASEANX is a cross-border network for private transactions across Southeast Asia. Business owners and the advisers who act for them post a business or a transaction objective under a codename. Approved buyers and capital partners see those posts, and an introduction happens only when both sides agree to it.
We are not a listings site. Business names, owners and advisers are never shown, and financial information reaches a buyer only as a range. ASEANX provides the connectivity, not the advice.
Our team approves every buyer and reviews every post before it goes live. Founding participation is currently free.
Samuel is Chairperson of the ASEAN Australia Association and a cross-border adviser with a background in law, corporate finance and private investment. Through his role, he helps strengthen business relationships and promote trade and investment between Australia and ASEAN. He brings this regional network and transaction experience to ASEANX, connecting businesses, investors and specialist advisers across the region.
